Once an order has been placed and paid for, it is not possible to cancel it. This is because the process of handling your order starts immediately to ensure fast delivery. Here is important information regarding the cancellation policy and your rights as a customer:
Why can't I cancel my order?
Immediate order processing: Once you have completed your order and payment, an order number is generated automatically. Your order number is sent directly to our supplier to prepare and pack your order for delivery as quickly as possible.
What can I do if I no longer want the product?
Even though you cannot cancel your order, as a customer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This means you can return the product within this time frame under the following conditions:
- Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item.
- Return shipping: The cost of returning the item is your responsibility and depends on its weight and volume – from €8.90 for accessories and spare parts, and up to €499 for e-scooters, e-bikes and large items. The exact amount is confirmed by us before the return.
