When you buy an electric vehicle from us, such as an e-scooter or e-bike, it arrives mostly pre-assembled. Depending on the model, only a few simple steps are required before the vehicle is ready to use.

How much is assembled?

• E-scooters: approximately 90% pre-assembled
• E-bikes: approximately 70% pre-assembled

What needs to be assembled?

Standard assembly

The most common steps include:

• Attaching the handlebars
• Tightening screws and fastenings
• Fitting the pedals (e-bike)
• Fitting the front wheel (e-bike)

Additional steps (depending on the model)

Some models may require extra adjustments or assembly:

• Attaching tyres or wheels
• Adjusting brakes or brake disc
• Checking and fine-tuning the gears (e-bike)
• Fitting the front light
• Attaching the saddle (if applicable)

How easy is it?

The assembly is designed to be as simple as possible and can be carried out with the tools and instructions included.

You don't need any advanced technical knowledge, and most steps take only a few minutes to complete.
